The Apartment 2 – BASILICO – is beautifully refurbished and elegantly furnished in Scandinavian and Italian style, with beautiful tiles in Italian ‘cotto’ on the floor and a high ceiling with old tiles and wooden beams.
The apartment has two beautiful spacious balconies where you can sip your espresso in the morning or enjoy the sun lying on the deckchairs (4) and of course enjoying the amazing view over the acres around, the silhouette of wonderful Mount Conero, the blue sea at a distance and the pool. On one of the balconies you have a dinner table with 6 sitting possibilities.
In the apartment you have 2 masterbedrooms and sleeping possibilities for 4 in the 2 double-beds (160 cm wide) with one wardrobe each. Each bedroom has its own access to the balcony! The kitchen and the livingroom are together in an open space, white, handmade by a local artisan and fully equipped!
All the apartments have AC of course, flat TV (Samsung) and DVD/Play Station 3 (Blue Ray), a Nespresso coffee machine and free access to the pool and to Wi-Fi.
