For a fabulous scenario at day and night-time, the veranda will host all your Italian style aperitivo.
The Apartment 3 – LAVANDA – is about 85 sqm big. Lavanda is in a separate house with its own glazed veranda and outside space of its own. From the veranda you have the view on the pool and the green lawn. Perfect for the family who wants privacy.
Sleeping possibilities:
- a master bedroom with a double-bed;
- a bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people;
- a sofa-bed in the tv-room with a double-bed (futon, 160 cm wide).
The fully equipped kitchen and the tv-room are together in an open space architecture. From the kitchen you reach the glazed veranda where you find the dining-room and the living-room together with a beautiful view.
The apartment is modern and white, in Scandinavian style, with AC and Wi-Fi included.
All the apartments have AC of course, flat TV (Samsung) and DVD/Play Station 3 (Blue Ray), a Nespresso coffee machine and free access to the pool and to Wi-Fi .

- 1 double-bed set + 2 bathroom towels = 20 €
- 1 single-bed set + 1 bathroom towel = 20 €
- 1 beach towel = 5 €
- 1 baby high chair = free (to be requested)
